Landlord threatening illegal eviction - urgent help needed

I am a single mother with three kids. My landlord wants to sell the building and gave us one week to leave even though our lease has 8 months remaining. He cut off our water yesterday to pressure us. My children are scared. I paid rent on time for 4 years. I know this is illegal but I do not have money for a lawyer. Are there any free legal services in Sfax? I am terrified of being homeless with my kids. Please if anyone knows any resources or has been through something similar help me.
